We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be flexible to accommodate your needs:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your photo session at least 5 days before the scheduled date or within 48 hours of booking the session.
• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your photo session, you may do so within 48 hours of booking.
• Refund Validity Period: Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

• Check Your Bank Account: Ensure that the refund has not yet been credited to your account.
• Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Contact Your Bank: Some financial institutions have processing delays before refunds are posted.
